Functional Illustration
Despite what many people think, creating logos is a very small part of graphic design. Mostly, what we do is take something that already exists: graphs, floor plans, site plans, etc. and we make them friendlier.
The image above is derived from a public exhibit showing the height restrictions of any structure that may obstruct the view of the Capitol building. I have created hundreds of similar exhibits that helped move projects along by providing much needed clarity and focus.
Below are a few of the brands I have helped launch.
Print & Screen Media
Vector art provides two major advantages:
- Infinitely scalable with no loss of resolution
- Without pixels to render, your artwork loads as fast as your text. This greatly reduces the bulk of your website, app or print-ready collateral.
I have extensive experience in creating rich vector images for print and screen media.
Interiors
Finding a rendering artist can be daunting. Let me take that off your plate by serving as your project rendering artist.. as well as all the other things.
I have the skillset and tools on hand to model your project from as little as a PDF plan set.
Interactive or Static
Utilizing some of the latest design tools vector animation can now be integrated into your website or app creating razor sharp, scalable custom graphics that load instantly.
Petronia City
Currently in the early design phases, Petronia City will be a petrochemical hub and technology center with the goal of reappropriating Africa's natural resources to its own population.

2020 Austin Skyline
Created in 2019, this is a scale model of Downtown Austin highlighting the projects under construction and those in early development at the time of creation. Building models were created to scale using public site plan submittals and geospatial data.

The following is a representation of the commercial real estate project lifecycle. Internally, brand elements are created along with site option exhibits to support the initial underwriting process. Once funding is secured, a marketing plan is prepared and subsequently deployed. Collaboration with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, print vendors, and signage fabricators is critical to delivering the project within time and budget constraints.
