Once funding is secured, a marketing plan is prepared and subsequently deployed. Collaboration with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, print vendors, and signage fabricators is critical to delivering the project within time and budget constraints.

Collaborating with company executives, I made integral contributions in the development of the Transect brand, guiding it from a lean start-up to an emerging mid-growth company. This endeavor encompassed the creation of an impactful website, the curation of engaging cross-channel social media content, and fostering robust internal collaboration. The company experienced a remarkable 3X growth in ARR, maintained strong customer retention rates, drew the media spotlight when it was listed among ‘SA Business Journal’s 2021 Top Ten Companies to Watch’ and was subsequently awarded Series A funding from capital partners.
Riverside Resources is a firm based in Austin, Texas that invests in, develops, and manages commercial real estate. The Riverside brand lists among one of the most influential developers in Austin.
As Marketing Coordinator I was maintained full creative oversight over a portfolio exceeding 25 Million SF including three prominent high-rise towers in the downtown skyline, six multi-phase legacy projects, and various landmark properties throughout Austin, my contribution is marked by an overall fund growth of 3X and $1.5 Billion in transaction volume, securing 100+ commercial leases, and twice receiving the ‘Best Multi-Family project of the Year’ Award in 2008 for Crescent and 2013 for Whitley from the Austin Business Journal.
