By applying a material override to everything except the concrete substructure of the 5th & West tower, you can clearly see the split-level garage, with floors extending both above and below ground.
Seamless 2D to 3D Workflow
Starting with provided design drawings (PDF, AutoCAD, or SketchUp files), a floor plan is built and layered in Adobe Illustrator. The layered file is then imported into Cinema 4D, where 2D elements are extruded into 3D forms. With the flexibility of node-based textures, the project can be rendered for various purposes—whether conceptual illustration, photorealism, or artistic representation.
